Description: Refresher CPR and first aid courses are available. Anyone who have a recent CPR or First Aid certificate from another training organisation are eligible to attend the Emergency First Response Refresher course. In addition, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training is offered at the same time of the refresher course.
Emergency Responders can refresh their skills through a short skills practice session or as part of a regular Emergency First Response class.
Duration: Depending on the requested course.
Certification: Participants receive an international certification from EFR (valid for 2 years).
Language: Delivery and material in English and/or Arabic.
Note on recertification: participants must attend all sessions to be eligible for accreditation. Participants will be assessed through several methods:
- Practical assessment where learner will demonstrate their learned skills through role play and scenario practice.
- Written assessment on the final day where participants answer a multiple choice quiz.
